We found that the ball had a constant velocity in the x direction of 2.0065 m/s. Next, we took the first and second derivatives to find the velocity and acceleration in the x and y directions.

We used the Excel software to calculate the line of best fit. We put this data into Excel to create graphs with the data we found. Next, we uploaded the video to the Tracker software to find out the distance traveled in the x and y directions. Procedure: First, we tossed a ball in an arc while videoing the motion with a camera.
